Glutenfree bake mix with five different seaweeds.
Easy to make, just add wand cooking oil.
Makes 2 baking sheets
Contains a unique mixture of seaweeds. Brown seaweed for Umami taste, fibers, minerals and antioxidants, green and red seaweed for added vitamin A and C and protein.
- Mix the baking mix with 2 dl boiling water and 0.5 dl oil. Let rest 5 minutes.
- Spread the mixture on two baking sheets covered with baking paper. Lay a baking sheet paper over and roll until the dough covers the whole sheet.
- Remove the top baking paper and sprinkle with a couple of pinches of flake salt.
- Bake at 150 degrees Celcius for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
Store in cool and dry place
