Soak grasskelp in cold water for 5-10 minutes. Gently pull the grasskelp apart with your fingers. Add rehydrated grasskelp to salads marinated in a little lemon juice. Dry the excess water with tea towel to deep fry or to stir-fry.
Crumbled dried grasskelp provides salty seasoning to fish or meat dishes. Grasskelp fits well in dips or cream cheese spreads.
