Grass kelp is a fine green seaweed with a taste of white truffle when fried. Grasskelp is rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamins A, C B12, B2 and B9 and has high protein content.

Suggested use:
Soak grasskelp in salted cold water for 5-10 minutes. Gently pull the grasskelp apart with your fingers. Add rehydrated grasskelp to salads marinated in a little lemon juice. Dry the excess water with tea towel to deep fry or to stir-fry.

Crumbled dried grasskelp provides salty seasoning to fish or meat dishes. Grasskelp fits well in dips or cream cheese spreads.

Add spoonful of grasskelp to smoothies, juices or protein shakes to increase their protein content and nutrition value.
