Grass kelp is a fine green seaweed with a taste of white truffle when fried. Grasskelp is rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamins A, C B12, B2 and B9 and has high protein content.

Delicate green seaweed with a delicious taste.
When fried, it tastes like white truffle

Suggested use:

Soak the seaweed in cold salt water for 5-10 minutes. Then gently pull the seaweed ball with your fingers. Good to fry or fry on medium heat.

Perfect to serve raw in salads or marinate it in a little lemon juice. Works well with garlic

Crumble dried seaweef over fish or meat dishes. Good to have in dips or cream cheese mixes.

Add spoonful of dried grasskelp to smoothies, juices or protein shakes to increase their protein content and nutrition value

TIP: Always soak it in salt or sea water. This is very delicate seaweed and the taste should be reduced if plain water is used.
