• Fucus vesiculosus & Fucus serratus — rich in fucoidan, a sulphated polysaccharide with documented anti-inflammatory and anti-ageing activity

• Laminaria digitata & Saccharina latissima — our Scandinavian kelps; alginates for long-term moisture retention and a dense mineral profile

How to use
